CASAY: For me it was awesome. I grew up in a highly influential family. My dad is a well known pastor and civil rights activis so my life was surrounded with politicians and pastors.
How did the journey into entrepreneurship begin? JAY: From childhood i was passions about the things i love which was music and sports and I knew i didn’t want to work for anyone and working a 9-5 wasn’t going to be my final destination.
CASAY: After working for some of the top companies in media as a publicist, tv producer and programming executive, I attempted to leave the industry and focus on my family. Well that didn’t work. I’m big on relationships and I try to build and treat people a certain way. As a result my industry friends begin to come to me and ask could I help them achieve their goals. So person by person I would assist in helping them to reach their full potential.

Where does the inspiration come from? JAY: Inspiration comes from not wanting to loose. I have always been competitive. I know i have to take losses but I don’t want to lose. It is important for me to know I changed someone day where they couldn’t get out the car because of my mix or something i spoke of inspired them.
