What inspired you to start film making?

  • What inspired me to start film making is coming from a 6 year run of
    making/producing beats/instrumentals using a software called “Fruity
Loops.” I was always greatly into music and production growing up as a kid. I picked up a camera to take photos and promote my beats on social media and ended up diving headfirst into filming and music videos.

What was your first Camera/Lens? describe your experience

  • My first camera i picked up sometime in 2017 i believe was a “Nikon
D5300″ with a kit lens. I enjoyed it a lot at first when i was learning the
camera but very very quickly grew out of it. It taught me some basics toshooting and was a fun experience.

What type of support do you get from your city?

  • As a shooter that works in many different parts of the city and many

When did you get to go full time as a film maker?

  • I went full time after 1 and a half years of producing music videos.
Struggling HARD at first for months and months. But i do not regret any of the process!

Coming up, what struggles did you face as a beginner?

  • My main struggle was always figuring out camera settings and learning what settings are best for all different shooting scenarios. Research is KEY.

Which do you enjoy more, shooting or editing and why?

  • SHOOTING! I always have love love loved shooting. Being on set, moving lights, telling peope where i need them and picking shots has always been so much fun and enjoyable for me.

What do you do when you feel a creative block?

  • Take a creative break! There is nothing wrong with stepping back, taking a second to breathe and coming back better than before.

If you were limited to only one type of shooting what you choose? (Music, Commercial, Wedding) and why?

  • MUSIC! Music makes the world go round. Music is where i started and
    its where ill end.

Who is some of your favorite artists you’ve worked with in the music
industry?

  • I get this question all the time but i can never have a solid answer
because i enjoy working with anybody who enjoys working with me. I listen to 100% of the music i shoot.

What is your current go to setup for commercial/industry clients?

  • Sony never lets me down. DJI never lets me down. Sigma never lets me
    down. (;

Biggest goals for 2020?
